These Terms explain the rules for using WappGPT: your account, what the service does and does not promise, acceptable use, plans and billing, and how to contact us.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WappGPT, including our WhatsApp assistant, reminders, SMS and phone-call follow-ups, LifeTree, this website and related support (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use WappGPT. You must use a phone number and WhatsApp account that you are authorised to use.
Your account is linked to your phone number. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone, WhatsApp and any LifeTree links secure. LifeTree links are private and temporary; do not share them with people who should not see your information.
WappGPT helps you keep information you choose to save, create one-time and recurring reminders, and view what you are keeping track of in LifeTree. Depending on your plan and settings, reminders can be followed up by SMS or phone call when they are not confirmed.
We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, but delivery depends on WhatsApp, mobile carriers, telephone networks and your device. Reminders can be delayed or missed. Do not rely on WappGPT for emergencies, medical or medication timing, legal deadlines, safety-critical tasks or anything where a missed reminder could cause serious harm.
WappGPT uses automated systems, including AI, to understand your requests. It can misunderstand a message, save something incorrectly or retrieve the wrong detail. Check important information, dates and times, and correct anything that is wrong by telling WappGPT.
WappGPT runs on services provided by others, including WhatsApp, SMS and telephone providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. WappGPT is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
You agree not to use WappGPT to:
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
You keep ownership of the information you give WappGPT. You give us permission to store, process and display that information only as needed to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can review, correct, export or delete your information at any time through the conversation.
New users can try WappGPT with their first 3 reminder deliveries free, on WhatsApp, with no credit card required. SMS and phone follow-up begin with an eligible paid plan. Continued use requires a paid plan. Current plans, prices and allowances are shown on our Pricing page.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Plan allowances reset each month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Phone follow-ups included with a plan are brief calls for reminders that still need your attention. How many you have depends on your plan and the country connected to your WappGPT number. Unused included follow-ups do not roll over to the next month. SMS follow-up is available only where WappGPT supports it. Standard message and data rates from your own carrier may apply.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it. We may change prices; we will tell you in advance, and changes apply from your next billing period.
You can stop using WappGPT and delete your account at any time by asking WappGPT to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every reminder will be delivered.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WappGPT will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by a missed or late reminder, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through WappGPT. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WappGPT is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
